For your convenience two sample laboratory reports are posted (in PDF format). In these reports you will find comments pertaining to what you should be avoided in the report and what type of information is essential.

Please do not use these reports as a guideline for proper format. These reports were selected to demonstrate potential deficiencies in formal laboratory reports.
